This package offers training sessions in small groups of 1-5 similarly skilled athletes or by age for an 1 hour to 1.5 hours session (predetermined before each practice). Each session includes a dedicated half-hour focused on athletic conditioning, designed to enhance athletes' personal abilities and athletic performance.
Session Includes:
-Active warm up
-Technique and skill
-Personalized training
-Sports specific conditioning training
Each session is uniquely tailored to meet the evolving needs and skill sets of your athlete. No two sessions are the same; they progress alongside the athlete’s development, with continuous adjustments to provide a safe, encouraging environment where they can confidently build and refine their skills.

Sessions are intended for athletes 18 years and younger.
Sessions are held at public parks or schools with open fields.
Proper athletic wear and shoes are required, failure to do so will result in the athlete not being allowed to participate due to safety reasons. Contact me if you have issues with equipment.
Adult or guardian must remain in the surrounding area of the session unless a drop off waiver is approved and signed.
Athletes are to be picked up promptly after sessions end by approved adults only.
Weather is always a factor, if heavy rain occurs, sessions will be canceled, same goes for extreme heat, cold, or wind. Session will be refunded.
